[job_card.job_description]Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally. Familiar with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.) Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks. Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems. Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya. Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program. Licensed customs broker. Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1). Client management experience is a plus. PC Hardware (Windows) with ? 8GB RAM AMD Ryzen 3 or above Internet Service Uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement for this remote work position. Job Description
- Accurately prepare and file import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading and shipping instructions.
- Enter shipment details into logistics management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and update the status of shipments based on documentation and system entries.
- Assist in preparing and submitting basic customs documents for compliance.
- Coordinate the distribution of shipping documents to carriers, customs, and clients.
