SOUS CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER

$80,000 - $85,000 + Great Benefits + 401k

As the Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager, you will :

  • Participate and oversee the kitchen line for food and service quality
  • Lead adherence to our great recipes to deliver our great Italian food
  • Organize staff training, scheduling and forecasting
  • Complete food purchasing, receiving, inventory and invoicing
  • Adhere to State, Local and our food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Lead and maintain a positive teamwork attitude

    • To join the team as the Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager, bring the following :

  • Minimum 5 years culinary experience
  • Experience is restaurant with sales of $4.0 million or higher.
  • Currently or recently a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Currently or recent experience running a kitchen
  • Experience in an Upscale Casual Dining concept.
