Deductions Analyst

A company is looking for a Deductions Analyst who is detail-oriented and analytical.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve customer deductions by identifying root causes

Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Customer Operations to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues

Analyze trends in deductions and provide insights to prevent future issues

Required Qualifications

Two-year accounting degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in accounts receivable focusing on deduction resolution and collections

Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with systems such as HighRadius, CAS, and JDE

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Customer-focused with tactful communication skills
