Our Counselor Education department is looking for a full-time teaching faculty member to join its current faculty team. Our Masters of Arts in Counseling (MAC) classes are offered on Saturdays from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm at our Seattle campus or online (for Clinical Mental Health).

Program Description :
The Counselor Education (CE) department has CACREP-accredited master's level counseling tracks in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling, and Professional School Counselling. The department recently underwent reaccreditation by CACREP. The Clinical Mental Health track offers hybrid and digital / online teaching, while the Professional School Counseling track is provided through hybrid instruction.
Job Summary :
Full-time teaching faculty report to a Program Director and are primarily responsible for maintaining a full-time teaching load of 8 courses per year . Faculty at City University of Seattle have three key responsibilities : striving for excellence in teaching and learning, fostering student development, and maintaining currency in their profession. Additional opportunities may include program design, assessment, technology integrations, curriculum development, and representing the department in various university-wide committees and service and outreach.

Salary information :
$80,000 $85,000 / year DOE
