A company is looking for a Customer Support Developer to assist customers with technical implementations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and train customers on technical aspects of implementation and onboarding tasks
Support data migration from legacy systems, including strategy and execution
Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise-class systems
Experience with Web APIs and integrations
Familiarity with technologies such as Node.js, Java, React, PHP, and Vue.js
Experience delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
Ability to work effectively in remote environments
