About the Role

Our firm is growing, and our Jacksonville office is seeking a talented Pre-Suit Associate Attorney to join our team. Must have 2+ years of experience. This role focuses on handling claims before litigation, conducting thorough investigations, developing evidence, responding to demands, and negotiating early resolutions. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about client advocacy, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial client consultations and evaluate claim viability
Review medical records, insurance policies, photographs, and supporting documents
Investigate liability and damages issues, and exposure to client
Communicate with clients frequently regarding case status and next steps
Coordinate with adjusters, experts, and internal team members
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all deadlines

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active and good-standing Florida Bar license

Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills

Ability to manage a high-volume, fast – paced caseload
