A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to develop AI-powered marketing infrastructure and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Build AI-powered marketing infrastructure and design autonomous marketing workflows
Run signal-based prospecting and optimize outbound engines to identify buying signals
Drive growth loops through lifecycle marketing and execute rapid A / B testing on campaigns
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or a hybrid sales / marketing role in a B2B SaaS environment
Fluency with AI tools such as Claude Code and experience with modern GTM stacks like Clay and Apollo
Quantitative mindset with a focus on funnels, conversion rates, and cohort analysis
Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to building new processes
Consulting or product background is a plus, along with experience in growth or as an SDR / BDR
