K-12 Education Content Designer

A company is looking for a Content Designer to oversee the design and development of immersive educational simulations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate education simulation projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines while maintaining clear communication and documentation

Design Live and On-demand simulations that reflect real-world education challenges and support essential interpersonal skills

Author participant and client-facing materials for simulations and create training materials for Simulation Specialists

Required Qualifications

Experience in education content development and / or simulation authoring

Subject matter expertise in K-12 education, demonstrated through a graduate degree or relevant teaching experience

Technical curiosity and experience with AI tools for scenario or content development

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Background in psychology or educational psychology preferred but not required
