Job Title: Physical Therapist (Everett/Renton, WA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Everett and Renton, WA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, develop personalized treatment plans, supervise support staff, and maintain strong relationships with patients and facility teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services in accordance with Washington state laws and VibrantCare policies.
• Evaluate patients and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and facility staff.
• Participate in facility meetings and contribute to center operations.
• Complete required compliance and safety training (Medicare, OSHA, etc.).
• Maintain current CPR certification and complete continuing education as required.

Additional Duties:

• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity goals.
• Present clinical in-services and stay updated on healthcare trends.
• Support center operations and participate in special projects as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients safely.

• Visual and auditory acuity for patient care and communication.
• Fine motor skills for documentation and equipment handling.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (or equivalent for international candidates).
• Current Washington state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid CPR certification.
