Responsibilities

Job Summary

Cordis is seeking a Sr. Applications Developer - Salesforce to support and enhance our enterprise Sales & Services platform. This is a key mid-level role focused on delivering enhancements, maintaining configurations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve user experience across our Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud instances. This role will work alongside business analysts, BRMs, and product owners to support frontline users in Corporate Accounts, Sales, and Field Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven healthcare organization with room to grow into advanced platforms and integration responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Process Builders

Support enhancements related to account planning, opportunity management, and service workflows

Maintain and optimize Salesforce configuration and page layouts for Sales and Services users

Work with IT BRMs and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions

Assist in documenting technical changes, release notes, and user guidance

Resolve user issues and troubleshoot configuration or logic problems in a timely manner

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-release hypercare as needed

Exposure to integrations with JD Edwards (JDE), MuleSoft, and external data sources

Opportunity to assist in future expansion of telephony support (e.g., Amazon Web Connect)

Opportunity to support case workflows if ServiceNow is used alongside Salesforce

Act as a key advisor to IT leadership in shaping the IT roadmap and ensuring operational excellence

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flows, LWC), or combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications :

Experience supporting Sales or Service Cloud deployments in an enterprise environment

Strong understanding of opportunity and case objects, permission sets, and automation logic

Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams

Exposure to Amazon Web Connect or telephony systems

Familiarity with ServiceNow (case workflows or ITSM)

Experience in the Medical Device, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant)

Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

Business-oriented mindset with attention to usability and workflow impact

Self-starter who can balance configuration work with minor troubleshooting and enhancements

Eager to grow into integrations, DevOps, or cross-platform roles

Skills and Competencies :

Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and judgment skills, with strong communication and influence capabilities.

Proven ability to develop and execute strategies for talent development and organizational capability building.

Lean Six Sigma or SAFe certifications are a plus.

Experience with global or multi-regional IT program management is strongly
