Anticipated ALE Paraprofessional Grades 6-8

Clinton School District is seeking a dedicated & compassionate paraprofessional to support the Alternative Learning Environment at the Junior High level. This position plays a vital role in helping students with academic behavioral and social-emotional needs succeed in a structured supportive setting. The ideal candidate is patient flexible and committed to fostering a positive learning include : Providing instructional support to students under the direction of the ALE teacher and program with individualized and small-group instruction in core academic areas and skill-building students in meeting behavior goals using de-escalation techniques and positive behavior maintain a safe structured and supportive classroom environment.
