Principal Deal Coordinator

Behind every Redfin Agent is a team of talented real estate professionals whose number one goal is to deliver the best client experience in real estate. Working closely with our agents, our Sales Support teams ensure clients are cared for at every step in the home-buying and selling process. Top producers are highly driven individuals who know what it takes to succeed at the highest levels, both from themselves and their team members. As a Principal Deal Coordinator at Redfin, you will be a trusted partner to our top-producing agents, delivering service experiences that represent our highest level of deal support excellence at Redfin. You will be the agent's right hand, providing personalized, concierge-level support to ensure every aspect of the client's journey is handled with precision, care, and professionalism. This is a high-impact role, and your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional transaction coordination. You'll play a key role in increasing agent productivity, from offer writing and managing on-market listings to fostering strong client relationships and driving activities that bring repeat and referral business. You will be empowered to proactively identify and address challenges, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for agents and clients. Your ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and deliver personalized, high-touch service will be essential in enabling our agents' success so they can help their clients win!

The Role

  • Personalized Agent Support : This role demands a high degree of agility as the responsibilities are not guided by a structured "playbook." Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality work will be key to success.
  • Expert Transaction Management : Meticulously manage all aspects of the real estate transaction and listing process. As the backbone of your agent's business, you'll draft offers and facilitate contract execution as needed, oversee compliance, and orchestrate the details between all parties. Your role is to free up your agents so they can deliver exceptional service to their clients and close more deals.
  • Spirit of Service : Deliver service experiences that make every client feel like they're our top priority. You'll go above and beyond to understand their unique needs, personally connecting by phone and customizing your service to each individual. Agents will always manage negotiations and offer advice, you'll provide invaluable insights and guidance, ensuring clients are informed and confident at every stage of the process. Your proactive, personalized approach will create a memorable, lasting experience that creates clients for life!
  • Extreme Ownership : Take charge! You'll be trusted to foresee challenges and tackle them head-on before they become issues. Your ability to anticipate needs and act independently to resolve issues will be key to ensuring our clients have a seamless experience.
  • Boost Sales : Proactively reach out to potential clients to reengage them in their buying and selling journey. Seek referrals from past clients to help increase repeat and referral business.
  • Teamwork : Collaboration is the cornerstone of success in this role, driven by a strong partnership between agents and Principal Deal Coordinators. You'll play a key role in identifying and refining processes to elevate agent efficiency. Understanding each agent's unique working style and adapting to create a seamless, productive working rhythm is essential.
