About the Role

Our client in Odenton, MD is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to support their customer communication and orderhandling operations. This is a highengagement role that blends outbound calling, information gathering, and order management, ensuring customers receive timely updates and accurate support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information.
• Make outbound calls to relay updates, request information, or follow up on pending items.
• Handle order processing, updates, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment.
• Maintain awareness of current order statuses and system updates.
• Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with leadership.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
