THE ROLE

We're looking for a Merchandising Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven retail professional with a strong foundation in retail math, merchandising analytics, and reporting. This person thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where priorities shift quickly. They bring a strong sense of urgency, are highly organized, and obsess over details, timelines, and execution. They're not just problem solvers – they're process improvers, always looking for ways to work smarter and more efficiently across cross-functional teams.

Success in this position means maintaining operational excellence across the product development lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements that enable faster, smarter product launches. This role plays a critical part in advancing both our Merchandising team's goals and Quince's broader mission to make exceptionally high-quality essentials accessible to all.

Pay Range

$65,000 - $70,000 USD
