A company is looking for a Business Operations Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute customer feedback forums and executive meetings to ensure follow-through on feedback
Develop and manage organizational communications, including Quarterly All-Hands content and employee recognition programs
Partner with the Chief Customer Success Officer to manage strategic priorities and support event planning
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business Operations, or Program Management in a SaaS or technology environment
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results through influence
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple programs simultaneously
Experience with employee engagement, event planning, or culture-building initiatives preferred
