Job Description

Location: Bakersfield, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time/Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay: $23/hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer / Production Artist to join one of our partner’s fast‑paced local graphic/sign print shop. If you love design, thrive in a hands‑on print environment, and have strong Adobe Illustrator skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare designs for print production using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality graphics for various projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.
  • Support office operations on down time.

Requirements

  • Adobe Illustrator experience is a must.
  • Strong eye for design and layout.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
  • Enjoys working in a creative, collaborative environment.
