Key Responsibilities
Answer client inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage, and claims
Maintain accurate client and policy data within company systems
Support client satisfaction and retention initiatives while managing accounts with simple servicing needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a High School degree / GED with 3+ years of experience
Insurance Producer's license
Proficient in using technology to enhance productivity
Previous experience in managing client relationships or customer service is preferred
General knowledge of insurance carriers is advantageous
