Job Summary
We are in search of an Executive Chef with at least 3 years of experience in large banquets, concessions, catering, or venue operations. If you are hungry to create a great culture in a fast paced and operationally diverse environment, we want to talk to you!
Executive Chef Responsibilities :
- Coach, train, hire, correct staff
- Manage numerous event centers and private events with food / staff
- Manage the P&L, inventories, ordering, costs
- Ensure all local health codes are enforced with compliance
- Communicate consistently and timely with clients
Executive Chef Requirements :
