Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift Float Pool

Position Overview : Our Internal Float Pool is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support. Every shift brings new opportunities to enhance your clinical skills while providing exceptional patient care.

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Location : Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Full-time Hours : 36 hours per week

Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
• Float effectively between various departments while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Engage with the patient and family to create individualized care plans.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Coordinate discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience required.
• Strong adaptability to varying workflows and unit environments.
• Current Registered Nurse license and BLS certification.
