Pay Range : $33 - $59 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 403(b) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based perioperative nursing care
• Partner with patients and families through communication, teaching, and care planning
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and maintain strong team collaboration
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical and safety standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice activities
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to fellow nurses and students
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, legal, and accreditation requirements
• Contribute to protocol development, workflow optimization, and efficient resource use
