Work Setup

This is a full-time, in-office position requiring you to report to our Century Park office five days a week. This setup fosters collaboration, teamwork, and hands-on support within our workplace environment.

Strategically Negotiate with Insurance Companies : Push for fair and full compensation that reflects the true impact on our clients' lives while preparing for hard-hitting litigation when necessary.

Mastermind Case Strategies : Collaborate with attorneys to position each case for the best possible outcomesettlement or trial.

Tackle Catastrophic Injury Cases : Handle traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, wrongful death, and major accident claims.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in handling high-value personal injury cases, knowing exactly how to build them up and fight for maximum, justified compensation.

A master of negotiation & strategyyou know how to push insurance companies to pay settlements truly reflective of the clients damages and suffering while prepping cases for hardcore litigation when needed.

Bilingual, with Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.

Tech-savvy & process-driven, leveraging legal tech and automation tools to streamline case management.

A client-whispereryou turn complex legal processes into clear, reassuring guidance for clients.
