The RN Resident is responsible for coordinating and delivering high quality, patient-centered care according to the specific needs of the department. In partnership with medical providers and other team members, the RN Resident provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. This role advocates for patients, families, and caregivers to enhance the patient experience.
