A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound phone calls and process inquiries from members and providers regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims
Resolve customer service or billing complaints and document customer interactions accurately
Educate providers on claims submission and perform follow-up tasks to ensure customer needs are met
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Previous customer service-related experience
