Position Summary We are seeking an experienced B-Level Technician to join our team. This role involves repairing and servicing all vehicle systems, including brakes, suspensions, A / C, and engines. The B-Level Technician will also perform diagnostic work with guidance from the Shop Foreman or Service Writer, with the goal of becoming self-proficient and advancing to an A-Level Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Perform digital vehicle inspections to identify any additional safety or service work.

Repair and service vehicle systems as outlined on the repair order.

Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.

Notify the service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.

Document all work performed.

Road-test vehicles to validate successful repairs.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of previous Service Tech experience is required.

Demonstrated work history, with ASE or equivalent certifications.

Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Compensation : $25 - $35 per hour, plus bonus (to be discussed at the time of the interview).

Work Environment Our 8-bay operation provides excellent work conditions, with new epoxy floors and LED lighting throughout. We use both 2-post and 4-post lifts, ensuring each technician has a diagnostic and repair bay to themselves. The shop floor utilizes Mitchell 1 and Pro Demand software, and technicians are equipped with Autel and Snap-On diagnostic equipment, as well as their own AutoVitals tablet for electronic repair order information.
