Clinical Nurse II - Hematology / Oncology (Nights)

As a Clinical Nurse II in our Hematology / Oncology department, you will play a critical role in the care and treatment of patients facing challenging health conditions. This position requires you to work 36 hours per week during the night shift.

Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Key Responsibilities :

• Effectively implement physician orders, manage medications, initiate IVs, and administer treatments while adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to monitor and assess patients' conditions.
• Systematically assess and evaluate each patient’s needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to manage patient care decisions and provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications as ordered and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Provide guidance to ancillary personnel and maintain exemplary standards of professional nursing practice.
