Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related discipline

5+ years of experience in learning facilitation or talent development

Proficiency in authoring tools and learning management systems

Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory

Strong organizational and project management skills
