Creative Director

A company is looking for a Creative Director to lead high-impact client work in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative direction across campaigns and content from concept through delivery

Mentor and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and editors, fostering a culture of craft and accountability

Drive the development of brand systems, visual identities, and campaign toolkits while ensuring quality and consistency

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in a creative or digital agency setting

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand building and performance creative

Proven experience leading creative teams and mentoring across disciplines

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, communications, or visual arts

Automotive experience (Tier 2 or Tier 3) strongly preferred
