A well-known financial services firm is looking for a temporary candidate to assist with heavy data entry. This role is fully onsite in a warm and friendly environment. Ideally candidate must be detail oriented, organized and being able to be self-managed. Open to recent college grads!

Hours can be 8-5pm or 8-2pm if someone is looking for part time.

This will be a 4-6 week assignment.

• Receive, open, and sort incoming mail and title documents, ensuring proper organization and filing.

Log titles accurately into custody systems, track check-outs, and maintain chain of custody.

Review title documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper borrower / dealer matching.

Conduct DMV follow-ups on pending or held titles, documenting updates and escalating issues as needed.

Perform data entry across multiple systems to keep title records accurate and current.

Provide general support to the Title and Remarketing teams while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

$14-15 / hr
