Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming customer inquiries via calls, interactions, and chats

Establish and maintain rapport with B2B leads and actively grow new business through outbound initiatives

Utilize consultative sales techniques to present marketing solutions and close deals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred

1 year of Inside Sales or Customer Experience preferred

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software management

Solid understanding of business, sales, and marketing strategies

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
