Essential Functions :
Manufacturing :
Understanding of product and manufacturing workflowPrepare CAD files for programmingProgramming of cut files for the CNC router and other machinesDesign and program custom partsReprogram as needed due to NC or design changeNotify Production Supervisor immediately if there is a risk of not completing work on time per production scheduleAssist with other duties when needed and properly trained for. (i.e. miscellaneous AutoCAD design work, assisting with the production floor)Health & Safety :
Adheres to all Health and Safety Programs Rules, Procedures and Polices while on the production floor.PPE to be worn all times while on the production floorMaintains work area cleanliness throughout shift and end of shift workQuality Assurance :
Adheres to all Quality Standards during programming and hand offCommunicate to Lead, Production Supervisor and Plant Manager when quality issues arise that could impact final product to customer.Inventory Management :
Complete all material and time tracking operations timely and accuratelyStay informed of current inventory sizes and colorsSpecify correct materials in work orders released to the floorEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Auto CAD programming knowledge3D Visualization abilityDetail OrientedBasic Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Word)Ability to navigate construction documentsCNC Router tooling knowledge preferred; not requiredManufacturing and product assembly experience preferred; not requiredACM Product knowledge preferred; not requiredPhysical Demands :
