Call would be one week a month. Main types of procedures or patients seen : TEE, ECHO’s, Nuc TST, TST, calcium scoring, See patients for A fib, CHF, pots, etc… hypertension, hypotension, SOB, etc…. Average # of patients seen per day : 20 patients per day. Team size : 3 MD’s and 2 NPs Develops a plan of care for each patient, including medical history, physical examination, diagnosis and appropriate treatment and / or referral, including hospitalization if necessary Uses all available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory and others tests in an appropriate and cost efficient manner Provide care for heart-related needs. We treat all forms of heart disease, including congestive heart failure, arrhythmia and heart valve disease. Heart monitoring and cardiac testing to diagnose heart disease. This role has the opportunity for Academic responsibilities. The practice is closely affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine Board Eligible / Board Certified - Cardiology Able to hold a Connecticut state medical license
