Leasing Agent – The Meadows Apartments

Pay Range : $17–$20 / hour plus commission!

What You’ll Do

• Lease apartments and support off-site marketing initiatives.
• Keep model units and vacant apartments looking their best.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain organized resident and office files.
• Create reports, update online listings, and manage lease packages.
• Collect rents and deposits; handle bank deposits as needed.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries.
• Use call scripts for initial prospect contacts.
• Submit and follow up on work orders for timely completion.
• Communicate professionally with residents, applicants, staff, and vendors.
• Support retention efforts and lease renewals.
• Conduct property inspections to uphold high standards.
