Behavior Technician (Saturdays Required)

Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 1 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. About the Role :

In this role, you will implement behavioral goals in the home setting for children between 5 and 8 years old. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. Data collection is an integral part of this role as well, and this person must be comfortable collecting data during each session and verifying client session notes using Rethink (ABA scheduling and data collection platform).

Compensation :

The pay is between $23.00 - $29.00 / hour, depending on experience, with higher pay for weekend shifts

Scheduling Options (please ensure one of the schedules listed below works for you prior to applying) :

Option 1 :   Monday - Friday, 5pm - 8 : 15pm, and Saturday 9am - 2pm

Option 2 :   Monday - Thursday, 5pm - 7 : 30pm, and Saturday 8 : 30am - 11 : 30am

Position Requirements :

• Experience in ABA preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working with children is highly preferred
• Experience working with children with Autism is a plus
• Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization within the first 45 days of start date, if applicable
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle to ensure timely arrivals to session(s)
• Ability to pass a background check
