A company is looking for a Director of Partnership Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise partnerships to drive real estate transactions

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic plans to generate growth

Lead negotiations and close complex deals, contributing directly to revenue goals

Qualifications

10+ years of mortgage, real estate, or relocation sales experience required

Proven ability to build effective sales strategies and exceed targets

Skilled in identifying, negotiating, and executing large-scale deals

Experience working with financial service institutions is a plus

Demonstrated success in achieving goals with minimal supervision
