  • This post is for the Roxy's Island Grill - Cedar Hills, Beaverton Location on Jenkins Road

Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Back of House who willing to cross train in the roles of Cook, Dishwasher & Prep. This role is essential in ensuring our team can deliver delicious Local Hawaiian dishes to our guests. If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to grow, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cook : Coordinating the cooking of various items to ensure all food is cooked and served at the right time.
  • Dishwashing : Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand washing.
  • Prep Work : Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, cutting chicken and assembling ingredients.
  • Kitchen Maintenance : Keep the kitchen organized, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with Front of House & Cooks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Learning Opportunities :
  • Opportunity to advance into a cook position for those interested.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is key!
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with no assistance.
  • Open availability & Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

    • What We Offer :

  • Base pay is $16.30 PLUS make additional $5-$12+ per hour in TIPS! Making total earnings of $21 - $28+ per hour.
