A company is looking for an Actuarial Associate (CBA).
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing actuarial valuations for Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans in compliance with IRS regulations
Support annual nondiscrimination testing for qualified retirement plans and assist with preparation of PBGC filings
Prepare distribution packages, annual participant statements, and assist with government form filings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Progress towards actuarial certification (e.g., passing exams from a recognized actuarial society)
Experience with actuarial software and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of IRS regulations and retirement plan compliance
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
