Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Virginia Beach, VA. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY), providing therapy services to students across all grade levels.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to K-12 students.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support student development and educational goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license.
  • Experience working in school-based settings with K-12 populations.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental and educational therapies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.
