Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to serve as a key point of contact between our clients and internal teams. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the execution of event-related services with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests

Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients

Coordinate internally to ensure client needs are accurately addressed

Track client information, updates, and service details

Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to client service

Ensure a consistently high standard of client satisfaction
