Appeals & Grievances Team Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support Appeals & Grievances team. This role involves handling sensitive member and provider inquiries, analyzing cases, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage intake of member and provider calls, faxes, emails, and internal referrals.
• Evaluate information and determine appropriate actions based on policies and regulations.
• Analyze appeals, grievances, and inquiries using contractual and regulatory guidelines.
• Create and maintain accurate electronic case files within required timeframes.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Triage cases to ensure prompt resolution and minimize escalation.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
