The Senior Manager, Product & Technology Portfolio Management on the Global Portfolio Management team is responsible for enabling enterprise technology investment prioritization, orchestrating cross-team planning and alignment, governing PDLC processes and controls, and driving data stewardship and reporting. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Program / Project Management, and Agile Tools Enablement to deliver high-quality portfolio management and governance.
This is a strategic and operational role that helps portfolio leadership (Product and Technology heads) effectively plan, prioritize, and administer their development roadmap while ensuring adherence to enterprise requirements around prioritization, PDLC, resource management, and governance. The role demands strong accountability in a complex, evolving environment and exceptional cross-functional communication skills at the senior stakeholder level.
Blending strategy and execution, the ideal candidate will support product leadership in articulating portfolio strategy in business and technical terms while governing tactical processes related to PDLC, capacity planning, work estimation, Jira data integrity, and reporting. This role will champion our commitment to "measure what matters" by leveraging system-generated data over anecdotal evidence, requiring relentless attention to detail, data stewardship, and advanced reporting capabilities.

Salary
The base salary range is $140,000 $165,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
