Opportunity: Social Worker for Locums Coverage of PACE Program
* Start Date/Duration: ASAP; 6+ month assignment
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
* Masters in Social Work from an accredited school required
* Valid CA driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for required home visits
* Geriatric patient populations
* NEW GRADS WELCOME
Compensation: $34.15 - $47.45 per hour with weekly pay. Comprehensive benefits, including PTO, available.

• PTO: chart attached if you’d like to review a specific state, row 5 contains information on how
paid out. Accrue time, if any, will also be automatically calculated by Madison and included
on the providers weekly paystub (only offered based on state law regulations, not all states
qualify – earned on an accrual basis per hours worked)
• Pension Plan: offered to full time employees and will be eligible on the first quarter following
1-year of employment, to include discretionary profit sharing, 5yr. vesting period
