We Staff Better is urgently looking to add reliable, experienced team members to our workforce.

Must hold longevity in previous work history

Must have experience with a production facility

Must be willing and wanting to move up in further roles

Experience in production facility preferred

Press operators must have press operator experience

Must have open availability

Press Operator

Pay : $14 / $15 per hour

Requirements :

Experience with mechanical, pneumatic and electrical machinery

Monday - Thursday 6 : 45am to 5 : 15pm

Knowledge of algebra, statistics, and geometry may be required

General Laborer

Pay : $15 per hour

Requirements :

Must have experience in a Steel Manufacturing Facility or Machine Shop

Will be assisting machinists and welders as needed

General Labor Duties

CNC Machinist

Pay : $17+ based on experience

Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of Machinist experience

CNC, lathe, or Mill.

Applicants with an extensive background could be offered a higher starting wage
