This position supports patients in Algonquin and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment! To receive these bonus, you must be in good standing & meet performance expectations, and in the role and status for which you were hired!

We are looking for compassionate certified nursing assistants with:

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state you work
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
