Prolific Design Build is looking for reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our growing construction team. In this hands-on role, youll assist with the installation of high-end residential landscapes including patios, pools, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and plantings. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of landscaping and hardscaping features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and drainage systems

Work directly on and around swimming pool installations and related features

Support site preparation, grading, and excavation work

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites

Operate hand tools and powered landscape equipment safely and effectively

Help with planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery according to design plans

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

Follow instructions from crew leaders, foremen, and project managers

Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and timelines

Perform general labor duties as assigned to support the successful completion of each project

Qualifications

Prior experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction preferred but not required

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day

Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

Valid drivers license is preferred

Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the company
