Senior Financial Analyst, Meals & Baking Solutions - Natural & Organic

You will be the finance expert on your businesses, partnering with brand management and cross-functional partners to deliver on brand strategies, balance the business model, and achieve operational targets. You will proactively support the business with leadership on product innovation, pricing strategy, scenario planning and much more. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Bring thought leadership and an objective perspective to influence and shape business decisions
• Deliver financial targets by consistently tracking performance, closing gaps and investing in winning ideas
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional team and indirectly influence to deliver results
• Partner across functions to build cost savings strategies and pipeline of ideas
• Provide insightful financial modeling on innovation, renovation and other ad hoc projects
• Lead monthly BU MBR Process, including content preparation that enables quick decision making and actionable next steps

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $81000.00 - $121700.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
