A company is looking for a Collections Associate Attorney in Maryland.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of assigned collection cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements
Qualifications :
Member in good standing of the Maryland Bar
3+ years of legal experience, preferably in collections or civil litigation
Strong knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and relevant state laws
Proficient in legal research tools and case management software
Additional Bar licenses are a plus
