The Role

Force Factor is looking for someone who is truly obsessed with recruiting. An individual contributor who thrives on assessing talent, asking the right questions, and building high-performance teams. You'll own recruiting across the company, partnering directly with the SVP of People, and playing a critical role in scaling a culture of smart, hungry, capable overachievers.
