Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement People strategies that align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture
Oversee talent development and retention strategies for various departments to attract and retain top-tier talent
Lead performance evaluation processes and partner with leadership on organizational structures and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related business field
5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with at least 3 years of direct GTM support
Experience with high-volume workforces in sales, underwriting, or customer support environments
Knowledge of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations
Experience working with a global workforce of 400-500 employees
