As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service. This includes being a primary point of contact for products, services, and delivery dates. You will also ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Handling a broad range of customer inquiries via multiple channels in a timely, professional manner.
Providing product, pricing, and service information to customers.
Entering and maintaining accurate customer orders using various software applications.
Resolving a broad spectrum of customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding.
Collaborating cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Customer satisfaction
