Pay Range : Job Description: InGenesis is currently seeking a
Clinical Research Nurse to work with our client. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for study participants and the research team, ensuring safe and compliant conduct of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor participant safety and well-being throughout the study.
- Administer study medications and document processes accurately.
- Assist the Principal Investigator (PI) with participant selection, randomization, and review of lab results.
- Identify, document, and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).
- Maintain clear and accurate study charts and documentation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff during study conduct.
- Coordinate protocol training and ensure compliance with study procedures.
- Support end-of-study activities and follow-up for outstanding items.
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Nursing degree with current in-state RN licensure.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical research environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
